Pricing & Rentals
How much does it cost to rent moving boxes?
Each reusable moving box is $5 for a 15-day rental. If you need more time, extra days are 50¢ per box per day.
Do you offer discounts for larger orders?
Yes. Our tiered pricing model provides better value for bigger orders. See our pricing page for details.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 20 boxes.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Pricing is flat and all-inclusive. The only additional charges are for late returns, lost boxes, or extra delivery stops.
Do you place a hold on my credit card?
Yes. A $25 per box hold is placed at delivery and released once the boxes are returned.
What if a box is lost or damaged?
Each box is valued at $25 and will be charged if not returned in good condition.
Delivery & Pickup
Is delivery and pickup included?
Yes. Free delivery and pickup are included with every rental.
Where do you operate?
We deliver across Vancouver, Burnaby, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, New Westminster, Richmond, Delta, Port Moody, Coquitlam, and Surrey.
Do you deliver inside the apartment?
We deliver to the front door of your unit only. For apartments and condos, delivery is to ground level or upper floors with elevator access. If no elevator is available, delivery is made to ground level only.
Can I change my return date?
Yes. Just let us know in advance.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Often yes. Please call us to confirm availability.
What happens if I am not home?
We cannot deliver or pick up without you present. If you are not home, the delivery or pickup will be rescheduled.
Boxes & Supplies
What size are the moving boxes?
Each box measures 25.2″ L × 15.5″ W × 11″ H (64 × 39 × 28 cm). They are durable, stackable, and easy to carry.
Are the boxes clean?
Yes. Every box is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each rental.
How many boxes do I need?
Studio: 20–25
1-Bedroom: 25–35
2-Bedroom: 35–50
3-Bedroom: 50–70
4-Bedroom+: 70–100+

Do you rent moving supplies?
Yes. Dollies are available for rent. For fragile items, we recommend using your own packing paper or bubble wrap.
Booking & Policies
When should I book?
We recommend booking 7 to 10 days in advance, especially near the end of the month when demand is highest.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. Changes are free if made early. Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery are charged 50% of the order.
Do you operate daily?
Yes. We deliver and pick up 7 days a week.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through a secure checkout system.
Do you offer refunds for early returns?
No. Your flat-fee rental covers up to 15 days, so you have the flexibility to take your time.
